I used the server which turned out to have more issues than anything so scrapped it and went for the alternate. Very easy, raid configured a treat and everything working perfectly. I am converted so far, even the mythbuntu installer on top went without a hitch. I still think a raid option in the desktop version would be perfect. OK, I take most of it back. However so far I am finding it a huge step backwards. Mind you, I said the same when I moved from Windows to fedora but got through it with practice so I will stick with it.
